Owing to difference of structure and use, the structure of stylus are divided single style, multiple immobile style, and multiple elastic style.
Single Style：
Pen point, pen tube, and pen end are all manufactured in the way of plastic injection molding. The stylus in single style generally uses material of POM, PE, PC/ABS, Plastic compound. Due to low mechanical strength of plastic material, stylus in single style is unfavorable for production in slim shape.。
Multiple immobile style：
On account of material feature and mechanical strength, stylus in multiple immobile style consists of more than two components. Thus, all parts of stylus fill different requirement. As showed by figure two, these two kinds of stylus apply plastic material. The figure on the right shows metal tube in light of high strength.
Multiple elastic style：
Stylus is shorter than regular writing instrument because of size restriction of PDA. For this reason, the inconvenience of holding and writing is brought to user. In order to provide better writing facility, stylus in multiple elastic style is made up for increasing the length.
